Episode 2: Frustrations & Stereotypes

Well here we are, 9 strong compared to the other 3 diminished tribes. Overall I suppose I'm not that surprised about the people voted off from the other tribes with the exception of Whitney. I'm very surprised that La Flor kept her, considering the massive time difference that she has no problem publicly stating over and over again. I would have really liked to see Edna go on Espada, and Christine go on Upolu. I think that both of them are just a little too intense right now and rub me the wrong way.

In Savaii, I really like the energy. I will say I am kind of disappointed with Clarence and Jimmy J. I think they're both extremely lazy, and the challenge sit outs for IC2 only go to prove that. Both of them sucked ass in the extremely easy IC1, yet they're both coming up with "issues" mere hours before IC2. Guess what, if we lose because of them, I will be rallying the troops to get Jimmy out first followed quickly by Clarence.

Enough is enough. If you can't make it, grow a pair and sit out. Don't pull this bullshit the hour before. Stupid.

So IC2 turned out very well I think. This challenge required us to pass around balls and put them in buckets. I was able to understand the challenge very quickly, and this forced me to hop into the leader role, barking out orders and stuff like that. In a way I was very hesitant to step up, but the tribe was so disorganized, I knew if I took charge, we'd win and that would be that.

Of course, our tribe won again and was spared from TC. My impressions of the other players hasn't changed that much, but I think minor shifts will be shown in my rankings.

This round I was extremely disappointed in our tribe, even though we won. I was surprised that it took them so long to get the challenge, almost to the point where I thought a few of them might be throwing it.

I made an effort this round to really reach out to a few people that I usually don't get to talk to that much, Wendy and Jimmy J.

Here are my round 2 rankings on Savaii:

Usefulness
1. Alina - I really trust Alina and I love how we're able to speak openly with one another. There's still the chance that she could be playing me for a larger alliance...but time will tell I suppose.
2. Brenda - She really sort of consoled me after I took charge during the IC. I was really afraid of what others thought but she assured me that I did the right thing and nobody minds. I keep trying to get her to commit to something concrete, but she always manages to avoid answering it.
3. Judson - Wasn't really around that much this round, but I still think he's awesome.
4. Rupert - He was tired and cranky during the challenges, but I feel like I can use him later on if I need to make a big move.
5. Jimmy J - Really stepped it up this round, I was impressed. I got to know him a bit better...but do I still think he's a moron who's inept at challenges? You betcha.
6. Tyrone - amicable but sketchy.
7. Wendy - Socially awkward. Talking to her is like pulling teeth. She either sucks in general or already has her alliance set and doesn't want to do anything with the people she views as expendable.
8. Clarence - lazy lazy lazy. He's never online, short in challenge convos, and late to everything. I want him gone.
